YouTube star Logan Paul has apologized to his fans who invested money in his cryptocurrency game CryptoZoo after the project failed to materialize. The game, which was first discussed on Paul's podcast Impaulsive in 2021, had promised players a chance to buy, sell and trade digital animal collectibles using a cryptocurrency called $ZOO.

Paul, who has over 23 million subscribers on the platform, had spent a reported $1 million on developing the project and had stated that he had a "massive team behind the project"

However, more than a year after its launch, no game has materialized and the project appears to have been abandoned. The CryptoZoo website now states that the project is "undergoing upgrades" and the project's discord server has around 500 members.

After an investigation by another YouTuber, known as Coffeezilla, Paul issued an apology on social media, stating that he made a mistake in hiring "conmen" and "felons" to run the project and that he wants to "make this right" However, no further details have been given on how Paul plans to either reimburse investors or relaunch CryptoZoo.

The investors in the project, which sold millions of dollars worth of NFTs and crypto coins, feel abandoned and are now asking for the project to be completed as promised or for a refund.
